Application for Model Home Permit


1. Applicant must be legal owner.
2. This application must be submitted along with the nonrefundable two hundred fifty dollar ($250 permit fee.
3. If granted, this permit is good for a maximum period of one (1) year only; extensions may be requested, in writing, and be submitted with fee, thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of this permit.
